LEARING ABOUT WATER CHANGES AT SUMTER PRIMARY
LEARNING WATER CHANGES AT SUMTER COUNTY PRIMARY SCHOOL Recently, students in Mrs. Mandy Butler's 1st grade class at Sumter County Primary learned the different ways water changes. They learned that water comes in different forms: solid, liquid, and gas. As a culminating activity, Mrs. Butler taught the students how to make ice cream in a Ziploc bag. The students were able to witness the liquid (milk, vanilla, and sugar) transform into a solid (vanilla ice cream). Pictured are JaKabruan Smith, Eli Bacon, and Jasmine Brooks eating their ice cream right out of the Ziploc bag!
