LAWN MARQUEE PROMOTE SOCIAL NETWORK INFORMATION AT AMERICUS-SUMTER NORTH CAMPUS
AMERICUS-SUMTER HIGH NORTH CAMPUS PROMOTES SOCIAL NETWORKING FOR INFORMATION EXCHANGE As the need for information become more critical in a fast-paced society, the use of technology advances at an increasing rate. For the second year, the learning staff at Americus-Sumter North Campus has increased the use of social information sharing networks. "With Facebook and our school's website, we can share important information, school activity photographs and timely information for parents and students. With the growing demand of time, we stress the importance of classroom time. Students are not allowed to post anything to the page; it is used simply to share the highlights and events of our school" said Ms. Mary Jo Anderson of the North Campus.
The information shared on the North Campus Facebook account is enjoyed by school alumni, parents and supporters of Sumter County Schools.
