Students at Sumter County Primary School in Americus, Georgia have been collecting items and raising money for Hurricane Michael victims. They recently had a “Hats On for A Cause” Day. Students were able to wear a hat and donate money for hurricane victims. SCPS raised $500 to send to GEMA (Georgia Emergency Management Agency). All classes participated.

Dr. Mary Butts’ Kindergarten Class raised the most money in the school. Thank you for all that supported this cause.
